Age restrictions and VerifyMyAge
Kangoo Pouches operates an adults-only store. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase nicotine products from this website.
Every order containing a nicotine product requires approval through our secure VerifyMyAge (VMA) process. A declaration that you are 18 or over does not replace this check. You must provide accurate information and complete the check within the time stated.
After payment authorisation, we automatically direct you to VMA in the same browser tab and may also send a secure completion link by email or SMS. VMA may ask for evidence such as your date of birth, an identity document, or a facial image or selfie. Details of the personal information used for this process are set out in our Privacy Policy.
We will not fulfil an order containing nicotine products unless VMA confirms that the customer is at least 18. We may refuse or cancel an order if the check fails, is cancelled, expires, cannot be matched to the order, or indicates misuse or attempted circumvention.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request; it does not mean that the order has been accepted.
For an order containing nicotine products, card authorisation and creation or approval of a VMA check do not by themselves constitute acceptance. The order remains on hold while age verification and payment checks are completed. Our contract with you is formed when we accept the order for fulfilment and send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly tell you otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including in cases of failed or incomplete age verification, stock issues, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, product restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.
Payment authorisation, settlement, and unsuccessful checks
Payment details are submitted securely to Worldpay. For an order containing nicotine products, Worldpay first authorises the card without our requesting settlement. An authorisation reserves the amount and may appear as pending or reduce the available balance, but we do not request collection at that stage.
Only after VMA approves the customer as 18 or over do we request Worldpay settlement. If the age check fails, is cancelled, or expires, the order will not be fulfilled and we will request cancellation of the authorisation. If funds were collected unexpectedly or before an unsuccessful outcome was processed, we will request a refund.
Cancellation of an authorisation and completion of a refund are also subject to Worldpay and the customer's card issuer. The time taken for a pending entry to disappear or a refund to appear is controlled by those providers and may vary.
Orders that do not contain nicotine products are charged using the normal payment flow shown at checkout.
Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our Delivery & Shipping page for the latest delivery information.
We do not ship products internationally where prohibited by law.
Cancellations and returns

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

Referral programme
Kangoo Pouches may offer referral promotions from time to time. By participating in any referral programme, you agree to these additional terms.
Eligibility
The referral programme is available to customers aged 18 or over who hold a valid Kangoo Pouches account.
Referrals must be genuine individuals. Self-referrals are not permitted.
Referral rewards
Where advertised, a referred customer may receive a discount on their first order.
A referrer may receive 1,000 Kangoo Reward Points once the referred customer has accumulated £30 or more in completed order spend. This amount may be reached through one or multiple qualifying orders.
Completed orders are orders that have been successfully delivered and have not been cancelled, refunded, charged back, disputed, or otherwise reversed.
Point awards and review
Qualifying referral points are added automatically to the referrer’s Kangoo Rewards balance. Referral activity may still be reviewed for fraud, abuse or reversals.
Kangoo Pouches reserves the right to delay, withhold, cancel, reverse, or refuse any reward where we reasonably believe:
- A referral is fraudulent or abusive
- The referrer and referred customer are the same person
- Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual
- The referral originates from the same household, payment method, billing details, or device where abuse is suspected
- False information has been provided
- An order has been refunded, cancelled, charged back, disputed, or otherwise reversed
- The referral programme has otherwise been used contrary to its intended purpose
Reward Points
Referral rewards are issued only as Kangoo Reward Points. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Points may be withheld, removed, reversed, or refused where fraud, abuse, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or breaches of these terms are identified.
Programme changes
Kangoo Pouches reserves the right to amend, suspend, replace, or withdraw the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will not affect points that have already been validly awarded, unless a refund, chargeback, dispute, abuse or other reversal applies.
Final decision
All decisions relating to referral eligibility, reward qualification, fraud prevention, and programme administration shall be made by Kangoo Pouches and are final.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another part of the United Kingdom requires otherwise under applicable law.
