Eligibility
The referral programme is available to customers aged 18 or over who hold a valid Kangoo Pouches account.
Referrals must be genuine individuals. Self-referrals are not permitted.
Referral rewards
Where advertised, a referred customer may receive a discount on their first order.
A referrer may become eligible for a £10 cash reward once the referred customer has accumulated £30 or more in completed order spend. This amount may be reached through one or multiple qualifying orders.
Completed orders are orders that have been successfully delivered and have not been cancelled, refunded, charged back, disputed, or otherwise reversed.
Reward approval
Referral rewards are reviewed before payment.
Kangoo Pouches reserves the right to delay, withhold, cancel, reverse, or refuse any reward where we reasonably believe:
- A referral is fraudulent or abusive
- The referrer and referred customer are the same person
- Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual
- The referral originates from the same household, payment method, billing details, or device where abuse is suspected
- False information has been provided
- An order has been refunded, cancelled, charged back, disputed, or otherwise reversed
- The referral programme has otherwise been used contrary to its intended purpose
Reward payment
Approved referral rewards will be paid using the payment method specified by Kangoo Pouches at the time of the promotion.
Approved referral rewards are normally paid within 30 days of qualification and approval.
Referral rewards are subject to verification and approval by Kangoo Pouches. Rewards may be withheld, delayed, reversed, or refused where fraud, abuse, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or breaches of these terms are identified.
Programme changes
Kangoo Pouches reserves the right to amend, suspend, replace, or withdraw the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will not affect rewards that have already been approved.
Final decision
All decisions relating to referral eligibility, reward qualification, fraud prevention, and programme administration shall be made by Kangoo Pouches and are final.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another part of the United Kingdom requires otherwise under applicable law.
