Create an account, place orders, and collect points that can be used for money off future eligible purchases.
How Kangoo Rewards works
- Earn 1 point for every £1 spent
- 100 points = £1 off
- Get 100 points when you create an account
- Get 200 bonus points after your first completed order
- Use points for discounts on eligible future orders
How to earn points
You earn Kangoo Rewards points when you place an order while signed in to your account.
Points are added once your order has been completed. Cancelled, failed, or refunded orders may have points removed or reversed.
How to use your points
Kangoo Rewards can only be redeemed against eligible full-price or pack-priced products. 99p trial pouches are excluded from reward redemption, so points cannot be used to discount 99p pouch items.
If your basket contains both 99p trial pouches and eligible products, rewards will apply only to the eligible part of the basket.
When you have enough points, you can apply them from your basket before checkout.
The current minimum redemption is 200 points. Rewards can be used for up to 20% off the eligible basket total. 99p trial pouches are excluded from redemption.
Where to view your points
You can view your points balance, reward value, and points history inside your account dashboard.
Go to My Account and open the Rewards section:

Creating an account
You need a Kangoo account to collect and use rewards.
If you are new here, create an account before placing your order so your points can be tracked automatically.
Important notes
- Rewards are available to signed-in customers only
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash
- Rewards cannot be redeemed against 99p trial pouches
- Points may be reversed if an order is cancelled, failed, or refunded
- Reward discounts are subject to eligibility and basket value
- Kangoo Rewards may be updated as the store grows
